Water from the Deneepro River is now gushing downstream in the direction of the southern city of Hervson, raising fears of massive flooding. The dam is in Russian-occupied territory and is important for the safe running of the Kremlin-controlled Zaparizia nuclear power plant. Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie is expected to announce he's jumping into the race later tonight.
