Sally Kohn: It seems like conservatives don't love that part of the argument. She says honor cultures crop up in places where there is not reliable law enforcement. But, she argues, if a slave was on the receiving end of violence, then it would have made logical sense to try to handle the problem ouote on their own,. rather than going to law enforcement because there was nobody there.Kohn: The racial disparities that we see in crime, in crime rates are very much trace back to slavery.
