I weigh myself really frequently. So I know where my weight is at and what's going on. And I tend more often than not to eat more similar things on a routine basis rather than like wacky different things all the time. If you rate your RPEs very high or if you assess that your effort subjectively was very, very high, there's psychological consequences for that that can manifest. You have to get yourself so unbelievably hyped up for these sessions, right? And I just feel like I was dead afterwards.
