I think we could all agree that there's not equal opportunity I'd say there is even between the four of us there wasn't equal opportunity. The vast majority of black people who are the beneficiaries of getting into Harvard via affirmative action tend to be on average middle upper class black people. Only about 30% of the black people Harvard admits are below the poverty line right so what soul points out is that like a huge point of a point of discrepancy in the outcomes of like blacks versus whites is that in the high school region these kids are totally fucked their schools are there destroyed and they have no chance but then instead of helping that segment you take the segment of kids who have a chance of getting into
