The Impact and How Do You Quantify That?
I think I'd done a lot of work on it previously just in terms of making everything kind of quantified and based on the impact of the work you've done so always linking, you know, something to what was the impact and how can you quantify it. It was kind of a unique situation because when she first reached out to me it was for a specific position and when we talked salary, it turned out that I was looking to be higher than this position. And so because of that I ended up being the only candidate that she had for that particular position.
