The Problem With Paying Running Backs
The running backs coming together and unionizing might be the solution. Getting them paid early or setting up some type of hazard pay tied to care he's is another way to get more money in their pocket. I think there's some credence to the idea of like if you're a five star running back you should probably stay at running back but if you're three star, maybe it's time to consider playing different positions. The salary cap creates a closed market where where NFL teams are going to pinch pennies where they can and the easiest place to finish pennies right now is running back.
