The Importance of Inclusion

There's a very thin line to walk between celebrating diversity and talking about difference. The ease with which you might actually exacerbate the ways in which we think about some members, some people as being members of an out-group. Young children have emotional responses that can be different than looking at members in groups. But if you then quiz them about what does it mean to be a member of this group or who's part of this group they are often confounded by who belongs to those groups.
