I lay a lot of the blame that at the feet of the global education system who ignored it. And yet, so much training doubles down on that. It's part of my mission to say lok weak. We can start solving this problem. Because these behaviors that the buyers don't like, they're of no value to us as sellers. So we can stop themye.
