How to Develop a Mobile Micro Learning Faculty Development Program

I found myself thinking about the program that I've created, which is a mobile micro learning faculty development program. So while you're joining the student side, I'm looking at how can we do this with our faculty? How can we take faculty development and break it down? When I developed this program like you tackling that puzzle, I'm like, oh my gosh, how can I take all the things I know about teaching and learning and supporting faculty and their teaching into a program like this where it's these bite sized pieces?"
