The average woman eats 75 grams of protein a day, the average male eats 100 grams. The advice to say based on epidemiology or blue zones that we should eat less than that is going to be catastrophic. I think the other thing with blue zones that sometimes is a little confusing because here you are talking multiple different blue zones and they do multiple different things and they eat multiple different diets.
