A lot of the time I'm ruled by shoulds, which I'm also working on. The person who's enjoying it and wants to do it is going to end up participating in their sport consistently for a long, long time. Just as importantly is how you're feeling while you're doing what you're doing in the gym. And if people take away one thing from this podcast, I want it to be the idea of want versus should.
