The Biggest Problem With Organizations

In two thousand 17, my family moved from tennessee, where i coached high school baskeball, to pennsylvania. Over the next five years, i'd go in to work with over 75 leaders all throughout the world. And just this last week, june 20 22, the culture system was finally published. Now i had coachho i've supported for the last four years asked me, just this week, when i look back on it all, how do i feel? I really struggled to answer. Because genuinely, the overwhelming emotion last night as i published and then when i woke up todayit was gratitude, not pride.
