How to Pre-Test a Product
Some of the ways that you can pre test a product are number one, I see this on Twitter a lot is to do a preorder or a pre sale. The beauty of this is if people are not interested and you only sell like two of them, you don't have to spend all the time building this thing that it turns out people are not interest in. And all you do is you refund the money. So I think preorder and pre sale with that condition is a really good way to validate a product.
