Johnny Mar and the Smiths

Johnny Mar was born on Halloween 1963 in Manchester England. He caught the musical bug early, picking up a guitar aged just four. At 18 he joined The Smiths and formed Electronic with Bernard Sumner. Since forming The Healers in 2000 Johnny has contributed to Neil Zimmer's Seven Worlds Collide Project,. collaborating with Hans Zimmer on the soundtrack to Inception. His real gift lies in his ability to create distinctive guitar parts that support and enhance the song.
