How to Overcome Confidence in Your Work as a Marketing Employee

The story of going from an employee to sort of a consultant who's working on a per client basis is extremely common and it makes a lot of sense. I was always confidence I could build something of value and I was confident in my work that I did for other people so if I did it on my own I would get paid more money. It's not the quality of work that will hold them back it's the acquisition of new business and the framing to get that new business like you know some of these tech startup people are just so specialized they only have a hundred companies that we're willing to pay them but they'd be willing to pay us a ton.
