The State's Commitment to Free Speech

There's no rule of law, even in Hayekian terms, for who gets to be on YouTube and who doesn't. And the only way you could really resolve this is by making it answerable to the people who watch and make the content. The state has some commitment to free speech; we don't have that commitment when it comes to corporations.
