The Lord's Mercy Runs Out
The rest of mankind were not killed by these plagues, it says. It's important for us to recognize that this is judgment meant to be oriented towards repentance. In chapter 11, we have two witnesses who could simply be two Christian prophets in this context. The nations of the world team up and kill them. And then they congratulate each other over having killed these two prophets.
