Python and PyPI's Growth

Data science and machine learning have been, you know, the most obvious growth aspect for both Python and PyPI. Some of the bandwidth probably is because caching in CI is an unsolved problem it would seem. One of my favorite metrics to look at is new project registration. That's probably the closest you could get to the popularity of the language.
