We also find that people who discount the future less meaning that they sort of see the future as closer than others might. So do you have any advice for people on how they can avoid the pitfalls of succumbing to biases like the ostrich effect and information avoidance and motivated forgetting? I think it's really helpful to if you're in the right mindset for it maybe not after you read in the news that the stock market has come down or whatever, is it really just you're afraid of your own emotions is it because you don't think you can do anything
