The Importance of Plant-Based Diets in Athletics
A documentary on Athletics and plant-based diets might be the way to put it. Most of it is through like interviews and examples with high performance athletes. I think that is their way of saying, you know, all those cliches about veganism. But then there's also a lot of science in the film and stuff like that. If you were being nasty, which I don't want to be nasty you'd call it bit of like a propaganda piece for veganism but Good film well done.
