For scoop, billable times pretty self explanatory, spread acoss clients. Majority of what i do there is work for one specific client and then a lot of review for other clients. I'm spending the majority of my non billable time on the business of running an agency. My time is heavily focused on team and administrative tasks at this point. Whether you run an agency or your flying solo, there's a lot to be said for the simplicity and ease of done few services model. It's typically less marketing and sales intensive.
