The Case of Robert Hanson in Anchorage, Alaska
robert hanson was unarmed when police surrounded his vehicle. Sindy polson had accurately detailed his appearance and even knew of his stadder. A bright green baseball cap and green coat was spotted in his car, matching what sindy said he was wearing when he picked her up. Her descriptions of his house, inside and out, were also sput on. Hanson signed a waver allowing police to search his car, home and aircraft. There was nothing of evidentary value in his buick. Sindy's shoes, which she had left behind as evidence of her presence, were not in the vehicle. Nothing to prove she'd been held captive in hanson's house either.
