Alexi never mentioned the baby boy to any of the medical staff that were ready to help her assist. The ER had become a crime scene and baby dose body would be taken in for autopsy. Later his autopsy reports will suggest that he died alone at the bottom of a trash can. Not once did Alexi let the medical staff in on her secret that she had given birth to a full-term baby just minutes before and oh, the baby's in the bathroom.
