Sally Kohn: I found an interview that you did in 2014 with Ashley Milne-Tite's great podcast, Broadside. You were talking about emotion at work and Ann Kramer was on the show too. She said she had done some research that when women saw other women cry, they saw it as a personal failure,. Like they led the home team down. Do you feel like this is still true or what are your thoughts on that?Kohn: People can have a negative reaction when they see someone of their social group behaving in ways that confirms the stereotypes about them.
