The Importance of Preparing OTUs for the Influx of Trainees
There is an acknowledgement that this may create a backlog. But they are doing the same thing we are right now, which is putting the emphasis on forced generation as part of reconstitution in the calf. And apart from the cyclone OTU that I'm aware of, virtually all the other TUs have very little to no weight to get onto aircraft type. So basically if we create a bit of a surplus now, that should help to cover us as we transition to the new contracts.
