Introduction

Norman Musa is a chef, restaurateur and food writer from Leeds. He has been running his Kuala Lumpur restaurant in Hausweth for more than a year. Malaysian cuisine is not very big in the UK but Norman says he's popularising it. It uses lots of coconut milk,. lemongrass, chilies, so tamarind, also of the same ingredients like a Thai. So, if anyone hasn't been to Malaysia before, then I'll encourage them to go to Malaysia and see themselves.
