Is the Sc C a Regulator?

The sc c, they don't exactly know how to handle some of these things. So that's why genser's asking for more money to regulate crypto and block chain - as he probably should. Historically, hasn't. Most of the c cs have come from enforcement actions. I think we're going to get a lot of it through enforce i think just for the most part,. people would just like to see the c i don't say being friendly. But they're definitely being a antagonistic more than anything else.
