Is Your Body Blue?

People won't think of stress, nutrition, what they're puttigin their bodies or on their bodies. Thatwas te change i actually made this past year was like, just fragrance, even just bodywash. If ypt to your body is blue, probably not a good idea. Anything you put on your skin is going into your body. It absorbs through the pores. You actually may get more absorption through the skin than you do eating things. So in general, do not put anything on your body you will not put in your mouth. If you can live by that rule the majority the time, you're going to be a bit better off.
