The Effects of High Pressure on Poker Players
A lot of the time players know exactly what they're supposed to do, but not under high pressure. They call it going on tilt, which means they start playing in a way that's more gambling than following the skill of the game. The work I'm doing is trying to reduce that anxiety for them. It's no different to a hand they would play if there was $200 on the line.
