Do You Have a Portfolio of Equity and Debt?

All my investments have been, and will perpetually be with mutual funds. I am right waighing them, but not yet. Because if you look at the present interest rat is it's time to get back to long debt. No small caps for me. But i do take a thematic rout because i feel themes are very futuristic in their bbots. The gested returns of both these have been fairly good over his years of investing. And mostly, largely now, it's the retirement side, which is pending, is between 11 and 12 %.
