The Department of Justice filed a letter and said, judge we need to see more discovery more of the exchange of information in the case. And so that part of the case would be dismissed while the rest of the case moved forward on his CNN post presidential defamation. I think the Department of Justice stays on the sidelines, but even if they do and take out the claim for immunity purposes related to the presidential defamation, the case about CNN go straight down the path direct to Lewis Kaplan the judge. That's what you and I need to follow my prediction.
