Is This the Only Way to Change the Constitution?

Joel Stein: The Constitution could have gone a thousand different ways depending on who happened to be drunk that day and had to hang over and miss the convention. If AJ had come to me for advice, which he should have as a member of the Stunt Journalist Association, I would have told him to focus on the First Amendment.
