GPT can be used to survey chat with AI instead of customers. It's a starting point, not an end point, but it's mind blowing that this could be a valuable and maybe somewhat close to reality starting point. We have some thoughts in the paper about how you might kind of carefully calibrate your prompting to your own setting and then extrapolate from that. And we're working on continuing work to try to hone some of those ideas further.
