Putin has been, and his emissaries have played the nuclear black mill card in trying to negotiate sort of at a strategic level for several months. And as a number of analysts sort of suggest, the minute that Putin releases a nuclear weapon, his power and his negotiating position falls just drastically. So it remains as kind of a chip for him, but that's really the best that it gets.
