How to Buy a Midterm Rental Property

There are a lot of deals out there right now, like I just bought a deal in Austin and we thought we were going to just do like a quick cosmetic flip on it. But once we actually started running the numbers on it, it wasn't really gonna be much, much meat on the bone. So when it's all said and done, we're just gonna rehab it and turn it into a midterm rental. It was in front of me the entire time, but I was trying to get too fancy with it,. And I really just wanted to do that one thing.
