The Importance of Change Management

Change management is good when it applies and has tools and techniques for everyone. Some people, if we look at the human need psychology, there's two of these: certainty and then for other people, variety and uncertainty. For some people, the need for certainty and for stability is very high as people are going to be uncomfortable in times of change. And that's not a problem. But it's good for you that you welcome change because we are living in a time of very much change.
