Nii: I'm fascinated to hear about what, you know, exactly it is that employers are kind of getting from having these passionate employees. Nii: One of the things i kept hearing in the interviews is that people were willing to sacrifice the whole lot for work that they are passionate about. In some ways this isn't a dis of contemporary sociology, but a lotf contemporary sociology would stop at that point, says Nii.
