We All Steer but We Steer Within the Limits of the Capacity That We Have to Steer

There's a great passage in he b the book, where it says, perhaps these meetings that they're having aren't really useful for their stated goal. It would be fair to say that luman explicitly says that human beings can't steer politics. No, the steering is limited. We all steer, but we steer within the limits of the capacities that we have to steer. And secondly, there is so much steering going on all around us that eOur steering is just one little steering in the midst of of of a huge, huge amount of steering that's going on that we have no control over and cannot.
