The Importance of Personalization in Sales Processes

There's a company that I work with that started with the sales lead motion and then moved to a PLG motion. And not only did it feel like they didn't really care, right? Like there was just no personalization. There were real questions that I had that would have allowed me to increase the price point that I was buying at. But I had nobody to ask because I replied to the onboarding email, not realizing it was a no reply and nobody replied. It went into the ether. So I think there's also opportunities that are being missed to create those shorter sales cycles to upgrade people to paid accounts.
