The Importance of Trust in Government
When information was discovered on either a server or within their files, they immediately turned them over. He, on the other hand, said, it's mine. All of these boxes belong to me and everything in them. And I can do with them what I want to do. At first, he said, you know, I can declassify it. I declassified everything telepathically. And I had the power to do that. Then we found that he knew that he didn't have the power once he was out of office. This is one of the most egregious breaches that we could have.
