Is There Really a Logik Behind the FSA Law?
In its present form, the fsiara law does not seem to have any rational. The big difficulty with this law is that the government tries to pass it off as a national security slation. Once you look at the entire galet of laws to whichor any organization receiving foreign fund is subjected to then what remains in f c ar is barely anything. And therefore there is probably scope for only a very bare skeleton legislation.
