For example, this is a very common oneno. I don't know if you saw the meams that emerged during the pandemic. So imagine anxieties that trigger, we feel anxious, o or some uncertainty, or whatever,. Then we eat, and it distracts us, or it tastes good, or whatever. The result is that our brain says, hey, next time i'm anxious
