The Role of Rumination in Anxiety

For me, it was like an ever morphing kind of presentation. I could still even when I experience anxiety now, that's kind of what it's going to feel like if I have an anxious day. It would start off and present itself as morning dread. Then in the middle of the day, it would be like a simmering unease. And then maybe some afternoons. I might have a spike of terror and panic. In the evening, it would feel like tired guilt.
