The Pink Panther Gang: A Network of Crews

Law enforcement estimates put the Pink Panther Gang as 800 strong. Some say there's a core group that's maybe like 60 or so people. A lot of law enforcement kind of likens it to al-Qaeda, of various cells. The women have to be gorgeous. That's their requirement. It's like an Eastern European rule of crime. And they're never violent. Most of the time when they have guns, the guns are fake. They sound more like the crimes of Tito's partisans.
