During this kind of ligt, intense, high frequency programme, are you being a little less concerned about fluctuations in performance from work out to workout? No. I am literally looking at each exercise as just a a potential point of stimulation. The order in which those demands are placed upon our muscles really doesn't make much of a difference. And i know that even the research points to exercise order doesn't necessarily play a huge role as much as we thought it did for muscle hypertrophy or strength games.
