Is There a Goal for Sesium?

We're looking for something that gives off energy in light waves, so it's optical. The reason why we can't just take sesium and put it into these new optical clocks is,. sesiums energy is electromagnetic, right? S basically radio waves. We'll talk about, you, me and somebody in japan or italy, or some somewhere on the other side of the world. I don't know where they went, right?
