How Do You Deal With Fear and Fearful Climbing?

I used to feel really insecure because I felt like I was a V7 climber for the first five feet of a boulder. And then I turned into a V zero climber for anything higher than that. As soon as I got a little afraid, my movement would fall apart. It left me feeling like kind of a failure after a lot of bouldering trips. That trip to font was magic because it's not super easy to down climb.
