i have always struggled quite a bit with weight loss. i frame it in my head as, like, well, if i wasn't going to reach this goal, i wouldn't have said it in the first place. Like i it is an inevitability that it will come to pass, and it's just a question of how long it wll take. I'm relatively confident in my ability to accomplish a goal i've set for myself. And if anything, i view it as a positive thing, because i can treat it as a learning experience.
