Training to Failure

When you train to failure, it causes a larger decrament in performance predeposed training. It requires longer to recover from an exercise session than doing kind of a a non failure training that's equated for raps or total volume load. People will argue that the costs benefit calcula calculus doesn't make sense here. If people can acclimate to five sets of 15 of maximal eccentric reps, i think people can fuk an acclimateto training to failure such that your body just adapts to it.
