John Butters: Wall Street has price targets that are higher because if you put a cell on everything, who's gonna buy it? They're in the business of commissions. He says average 500 stocks have about 10 analysts coverage and only five to 7% at any given time or sales. And so analysts are now probably getting less excited about getting too far above their skis with info tech gains this year, he says.
